What You Bring to CFD

Responsibilities may vary depending on the role, department, and business needs, but may include:

  • Providing responsive, professional support to financial advisers, internal team members, vendors, or business partners
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations, administrative processes, documentation, scheduling, reporting, or project coordination
  • Communicating clearly and respectfully across departments to help ensure work moves forward efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records, organized files, and timely follow-up on assigned responsibilities
  • Supporting adviser-facing service efforts with care, attention to detail, and discretion
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen workflows, and enhance the overall service experience
  • Collaborating with team members to support shared goals and deliver dependable results
  • Learning and using company systems, platforms, and procedures with accuracy and consistency
  • Upholding company standards, confidentiality expectations, and applicable policies and procedures
  • Contributing to a professional, people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and respect

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred for certain roles

Prior experience in financial services, administration, operations, customer service, adviser support, sales support, marketing, technology, compliance, or a related professional environment

Supporting financial advisers, clients, or professional service teams

Working within broker-dealer, RIA, insurance, or financial services environments

Administrative support, operations, compliance support, marketing support, or project coordination

Familiarity with CRM systems, document management tools, scheduling platforms, or business software
